Delivery costs depend on the types of item in your cart and the destination country. Your total delivery price will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that some product types are fulfilled by separate suppliers and separate delivery charges may apply at the same time.

We currently ship to the UK and EU. The following is a guide to our shipping fees:

Prints (without frames)

• UK and Germany
  £3 per order

• Rest of EU
  £8 per order

Prints (with premium frames)

These are shipped via courier to reduce the likelihood of damage in transit.

Acrylic Panels

• UK
  £5 per order

• Cyprus and Malta
  £15 per order

• Rest of EU
  £5 per order

Basic Frames (empty / without print)

• UK and Germany
  £3 per order

All of our products are made to order; dispatch and delivery normally take between 3 and 7 days. Your order may arrive in more than one package, since each item could be made by a different supplier.

We, or our suppliers, will keep you informed and send you tracking information where it is available. If you have not heard anything after 7 working days, please contact us using the form below and we’ll be happy to check your order status for you.

We and our fulfillment partners take great care in delivering high-quality fine art prints, framing, and products.

Every product from the PicsByPaouiee Print Store is printed / produced to order. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please get in touch with us straight away at store@picsbypaouiee.co.uk with your order number, along with details and photos of the issue - we will arrange for a free replacement or offer a refund, and you won’t need to send anything back to us.

If you need to cancel an order, you must request this as soon as possible after placing your order since our third-party fulfillment providers will start working on it quickly. Regrettably, once production has commenced or your items have been dispatched we will be unable to cancel it.

If you change your mind about your purchase* within 14 days of delivery and want to send it back, please get in touch with us using the form below for return instructions. Please be aware that you will need to pay for return postage, and we are unable to refund any original shipping costs.

While Pics By Paouiee showcases the artist’s freelance portfolio, AW Visual Works handles all web store operations, printing, order fulfillment, and payments.
